ENTREES

Samosa (Pastry filled with vegetables)



boti kebab (tender boneless lamb marinated in spice laced yogurt dressing and grilled before serving)

bhajia (spinach,onion and spices mixed with gram flour and deep fried) (all served with mint flavored yogurt )

Accompaniments Sambal (tomato& onion), Raita (yogurt & cucumber),Banana & Coconut, Sweet Mango chutney, Saffron Rice ,Roti (Indian bread) and Pappadams.


MAINS

Murgh Makhani (tender pieces of chicken marinated in yogurt and spices overnight and served in creamy tomato based sauce)

Lamb Roganjosh (mild boneless lamb cooked in a rich spicy gravy) Vindaloo (hot curry cooked in spicy sauce)

Mixed Vegetabable Korma Braised Beans with lentils

Sweets Gulab Jamun (dumplings made from milk powder & flour and soaked in syrup) served with cream & ice- cream
